HEVER 701/701H are homopolymer PVDF and prepared by emulsion polymerization;
Compared to HEVER 701, HEVER 701H has a higher viscosity.
LFP/SP/PVDF=97.7/0.7/1.6 65% solid content
HEVER 701 has a outstanding performance in slurry stability and is especially suitable for small particle size LFP;
HEVER 701H exhibits enhanced adhesion and the adding amount can be reduced in electrode。
Battery design:
Positive electrode: LFP:97.7%, surface density 320g/㎡, compaction density 2.50g/m³ Negative electrode: Graphite 96.0%, surface density 160g/㎡, compaction density 1.55g/m³
10 positive, 11 negative, theoretical capacity: 1.2Ah, N/P ratio :1.12
HEVER 701 and 701H both have excellent electrochemical performance;
701H is 2 percentage points higher than competitor in rate discharge and 4 percentage points higher than competitor at -10 ℃
